This project took the fairytale of Hansel & Gretel and adapted it into something new.

I created a bakery based on the story, which is owned by the “Witch,” who, in this adaptation, is a widowed old lady with an undeserved reputation among children.

Hansel and Gretel are schoolchildren who often get locked out of their home by their stepmother and wander the streets with empty stomachs, until they stumble into a certain run-down bakery, with its delicious desserts and a lonely yet lovely owner.
